Characteristics of the TARGET 21 Method

• Although TARGET 21 can be played without counting cards, it works well in conjunction with card-counting techniques.  But you must use a factor called “table integrity” to decide whether or not to bet up in a high-count situation.

• Card counters enjoy TARGET 21 because it releases them from the constraints of traditional card-counting techniques.  The TARGET 21 table-entry techniques will get card counters and other blackjack players into many more playable games.

• TARGET 21 is a short-term moneymaking technique – an important point for today’s player.  It does not work like traditional card-counting techniques where hundreds of hours of play may be required before the mathematics prevail and a player wins money.  Through our empirical studies, we have determined that by minimizing table losses and maximizing table wins, it is possible to enjoy an overall winning percentage by winning at as few as 40% of tables played. 

• Table selection is an investment decision.  You expect to win at each and every table that you select.  When a table does not offer a return on your investment, we teach you to cut your losses short and make a hasty departure.

• TARGET 21’s short-term advantages make it possible to play with a smaller bankroll than is required for traditional card-counting techniques.  This is because your chances of winning in any given session are much higher.  

• TARGET 21 is a tool that is helpful for high rollers and gamblers, even if they do not choose to invest the time to find the player-biased tables.  All gamblers need information about when and how much to press their bets at any table they are playing.  TARGET 21 gives them this information and provides them with a winning advantage without counting.

• There are various styles of play associated with the TARGET 21 Method.  Some players scout for biased tables.  They use the six or more of 21 factors to decide whether or not to sit down and play.  Others play at a table with only a few of the factors and, as long as they are not losing, wait for the other factors to develop.  Some player-biased tables can be detected one or two shoes before the bias kicks in.
